I Was Born to Rally (in the Ravine)

My name is Rocky and I was born in the ravine right beside North York General, and I’ve spent my whole life watching something incredible just up the hill.

I’ve seen my neighbours grow up here — welcoming new babies, finding care in difficult moments, and returning when it matters most.

This year, I’m raising funds to make sure that care stays as strong as ever — for every neighbour, family, and little one who needs it.

North York General is Here for Life, and I am here for North York General.

This Rally 2026, I am proud to be leading my own team for the first time. The name is Get Scrappy, and it's a place for anyone in the community who to join up who has yet to have a team.

And I'll be recruiting - you're going to see me around North York and asking you to come along with me on this amazing journey.
