Medical Bridge is a community initiative dedicated to making medication information clear, accessible, and understandable for every patient, regardless of language or health literacy.

We create simple, multilingual medication guides to help patients better understand their prescriptions, including dosing, side effects, and important safety information.

Through this fundraiser, Medical Bridge is proud to support North York General Hospital. All funds raised will go directly to North York General Hospital.
